Our Custom Designed – Finishing Phase
Finishing Wagyu cattle the Japanese way is a process that has been in operations for hundreds of years. It is a specialised custom ration design from many different opinions, overseas visits, ancient methodology and the latest technical expertise.
Our rations have taken us 15 years to refine and it’s probably always an ongoing process to become more and more productive. Our custom feeding final stage is run from our trusted Partner in Delmas – Morgan Beef.
The 2,5 years hosting and feeding these cattle are by far largest portion of the total cost of this production process. It is a privilege to work with these fantastic animals that are predisposed to give us such a wonderful end product.
They time and money this animal requires throughout its lifetime is well worth every cent spent the day you divulge the juiciest steak you have ever tasted.
