The Silverside eye is an awesome roasting joint, full of flavor with a relatively coarse texture to the meat grain. Traditionally served with roast potatoes, veg and gravy and for an added twist a fluffy Yorkshire pudding too. Roasted medium rare, the Silverside eye is tender and will make for a memorable meal. It can also be sliced into thin steaks, namely minute steak, for frying, but this kind of preparation could be tough. Lastly this muscle can also be sliced, seasoned with a traditional salt and pepper mix and dried as biltong, the salt and pepper mix enhancing the buttery, nutty Wagyu Beef flavor.
